Portland is the second most
miserable City in the U.S.?
According to the Conference Board...
A recent article in the Wall Street Journal, found that Portland is the second most miserable city in the United States today due to high unemployment, high gas prices and higher home prices. We ranked second only to Phoenix, Arizona. It's obvious the rain didn't play a factor or Arizona would have ranked high, but when you combine our unseasonably cold temperatures with these other factors, it can be very depressing to be in Portland at times. Thankfully we're just a short time away from the beach and the mountains when we need to get away.
